Each property is different, but landowners typically receive a secure annual lease payment for the lifetime of the project (20 to 30 plus years). This provides a reliable, long-term income stream.

Yes. You retain ownership of your land. We lease only the area required for the solar project, and you can continue using the rest of your property as usual.

At the end of the lease, BSR is responsible for safely removing the solar equipment and returning the land to its original condition, unless you prefer to extend the agreement.

Yes, in many cases. Depending on the project design, sheep grazing and other agricultural uses can continue alongside the solar installation.

From initial assessment to construction can take 12–48 months, depending on planning approvals and grid connection.

Land close to a transmission line or a substation, land that is flat and free from shading. A minimum of 200 hectares is ideal.
